
Ayelén Ruiz
(Buenos Aires, Argentina 1995).
I am a Curator and Cultural Manager from the Universidad Nacional de las Artes (UNA), with a Diploma in Curatorial Studies from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario (UNR). I took part in the 6th Curators Program of Proyecto PAC and completed the Curatorial Modules at the Art Department of Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
I participated in the training program organized by Argentina's National Arts Fund (Fondo Nacional de las Artes, 2019). I was part of the Conservation Planning Program organized by the Secretariat of Cultural Heritage of Argentina's Ministry of Culture (2021). I received the 15th Edition Work Prize for the exhibition project developed for Moria Galería at ArteBA 2023. I was selected to take part in the RESET Summer Program at Fundación Proa (2024) and in the 5th edition of "How to Recognize and Register Cultural Assets," organized by Argentina's National Directorate of Cultural Heritage and Sites (2024). In 2025, I received the RADIO CULTURA BUENOS AIRES scholarship for the VCC Curatorial Course in Venice. In 2026, I took part in the Art Intensive program at All About Curating (AAC) Berlin, thanks to the Karne Kunst scholarship.
I work as an independent curator and cultural manager, and I also provide consultancy for art collections in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and Colombia, and contribute by writing for the Latin American media specialized in art, Artishock and Hipermedula
